My engineering overall seminar agrrrgte 59.64 % and my gate rank under 300 so can i eligible for top 7 iits

Hi,
To get admission in IITs you need to get GATE rank above 600. Therefore, according to this, you are not eligible for IITs. However, you can check other cutoffs from here- https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate-cutoff and find out the bested suited institute for yourself which falls within your rank

Academic percentage is matter or not bcoz i am preparing for top 7 iits jst only issue are percentage so can they give any relaxation for some point difference of %
