It is dificult to get government college in Tamil Nadu. Tamilnadu has one of the highest cut off marks. In 2018,600 was the least marks in General Category that secured a Medical seat under State Quota. So, a Government Medical Seat with those marks is difficult. Neverthless, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of seats available, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
