my eyesight is -2.25 for both eyes. am i eligible for PWD category

If you have very low eyesight or complete blindness or limitation of field of vision subtending an angle of 20 degree or worse then you can come under PWD status.
I don't think you will be eligible for -2.25 eye sight as it will not suffice appropriate indications for PWD category.
