My family income certificate is of July,2018 and my obc ncl certificate is of April,2019, so will they accept them in jee mains jossa?

Your income certificate must be of current year ( means it is of the date after 31 St April 2019.) Otherwise they will not accept it .
And about category certificate it is valid here.
So do it ( make income certificate to avail benefit ) as soon as possible.
