OBC NCL for JEE .We got signed from Tashildar and stamped.Would this be sufficient for JEE mains and ADV counselling and this OBC NCL document was download from JOSSA. Do we require state OBC certificate or cast and income certificate is enough ?

At the counselling,download the pdfs from josaa and read the instructions properly,then you will the documents you have to take. Yes,they might ask the income certificate also. It is good if you have one already,if not apply for the certificate.
