My father has annual income 2 lack, house less than 1000 sq ft area. But my father & 2 other brother posses 9 acre land combined. Am I EWS?

Check with your father if is a agricultural land, if it a agricultural land then you are not eligible for EWS reservation. If that land is not agricultural land then yes you are eligible for EWS reservation.
Alternatively you can go the revenue officer and ask him if you can get EWS certificate.
