My father in 10th marksheet And in adhar is differ by only one letter . Can it create a problem in filling the jee main form

It might will creat a problem. So better inorder to bypass this issue try to make the affidavit of your father's name from the district court where you are currently living such that it won't creat any problem during the time of filling any Government exam form or in Counselling process of any College  / university.
