    Hi greetings

    Yes for OBC NCL that is OBC category students who belong to non-creamy layer his family should not earn more than 8 lacs per annum since your father and is  3 lakh per annum therefore you can definitely apply for OBC NCL certificate and get the benefit of the reservation
