My father’s name is written Kedar Jat in my 10th class marksheet, but in her ID, only Kedar is written. Is there any problem with passport and visa?

As long as you have a Surname in your passport, you will not have MAJOR problems. If there is no surname in your passport, stop right here and get your name changes in your passport first before going forward with any application, it can cause problem for sure. One my freind has only name not sur name, but on airport's people they were cooperative they put her first name in last name..
Example... first name Harsh
Last name Harsh
It will be better if you get change.
