My father's salary>6 lakh p.a. & he is class 3 employee in central govt. Am I eligible for OBC-NCL certificate for IIT? for next year.

what about other criteria like my father should not be class 1 employee or class 2 ? Are those information are only for those whose annual salary is less than 6 lakhs
