Dear Chirag,
First of all, your JEE Main 2018 result carries a link to register for JEE Advanced, once you click on that link or open that link and enter the required details, it gives you the exact status whether you are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced or not.
Secondly, after the Common Merit List (CML), top 65,313 candidates from OBC-NCL category have qualified to appear in JEE Advanced 2018. Also, the cutoff of JEE Main 2018 for appearing in JEE Advanced for OBC-NCL category is 45 this year. From that point of view, you are eligible.
Thirdly, to claim reservation under OBC-NCL category, the parents annual income should not be more than 8 lakhs. The limit has been increased from 6 lakhs to 8 lakhs now. This means that if your father's annual income is 8 lakhs or less, then you can claim the reservation/benefits under OBC-NCL category.
