So, as it is different then when you go for, some problems may occur. So if you written this mistakenly, then you should tell the college in admission time of that, then they will guide you what to do or otherwise your father has the affidavit of changing name, then nothing will be problem.
Don't worry, any problem occur in admission related that, just go & ask the college's admission cell, they will definitely guide you.
