As you are from SC and your category rank,so i supposed you all india rank would be under 1 lakh and with this rank you can get good goverment college or may be a NIT colege if you are interested.You should firstly apply for all the best goverment college of your state in whuich you want to take admikssion along with the branches you want to take and along with that you can apply for NIT colleges also but there are less chances of getting it.
