My friend doesn't have her caste certificate as she belongs to obc category, what should be done by her for applying for Cuet?

With regard to your query, there are two options. Firstly she should apply for the caste certificate in the nearby office and get the certificate and apply for it. Secondly, she might choose the general category and then fill out the application form as usual. However, if she selects the general category then she won't get any reservation for the respective exam.
