My friend doesn't have her caste certificate, what should be done by her for applying for CUET? Can she apply through her father's certificate??

No, She can't apply in any other category than general through her Father's Caste certificate. Only thing she can do is try to avail an caste certificate for herself by the help of her Father's caste certificate.
Anyway, she can easily apply as an general candidate and try to score more to get the desired seat in the college she wants.
