Hello Harika, good to know your friend have scored 390 marks in NEET 2019. The availability of seats for addmision in government colleges depends on the marks as well as on the category he or she belongs to. If your friend is from general category, then it is not possible for him or her to get a MBBS seat in the government medical colleges because the cutoff under general category are high enough in different government medical colleges in India.
