my friend got 68.8%in jeemain 2020.She scored 90.2% in inter. Can she get any nit?

As you have not mentioned the Category of your friend,I'm assuming that your friend belongs to general category. Now with this percentile,you may know that your friend does not qualify the minimum percentile required. Hence,there are no chances of her to get Nits.
Also I didn't understand the term inter. please clarify it in comments.
