Yeah he is eligible for fee reimbursement are you sure that did he went through normal counselling only if that happens then only he will be eligible for fee reimbursement seat in any college through normal governement counselling gives eligiblity for fee reimbursement.
Based on your caste if your income is less then 2lakhs according to telengana government you will get full fee remiburment has you belongs to sc only you have to pay jntu fee and nba fee no extra is needed
