my gate score is 15.48 so my mark is what?

Please check your result for the same.
And you can try if any state college accepts this score or you can also give private colleges exam to get admission in M.Tech and another option which you can consider is go for a job and along with that keep preparing for Gate 2018.
So many options are there, choose the best one for yourself considering your interest and potential.
