My gate score is 420 form ec branch ,obc should apply for for iit bhuvneshwar ..becauz the last year cutoff of iit bhuvneshwr was 475 fr

Since the last year cutoff was 475 and you have 420 as gate score, you have less chance of getting seat. There is a large diffrence between the scores , the cutoff won't lowered by that much.
But you should have hope so apply for it. May luck favours you. You need to also apply for other colleges, in case you don't get iit bhuv.
