My gate score is 460 Chemical engineering obc category , what iits do I get?

As for your GATE score which is 460 ( Chemical engineering) and you are under OBC category as per previous year cut offs, you are likely to get IIT Guwahati, IIT Roorkee, IIT BHU, IIT Gandhinagar and IIT Dhanbad. There might be changes in the cut off so the chances might not be exact but yes, you are likely to get one of these.
