My Gate 2019 (EC) score is 718 and AIR 678. I am from General Category. Can I get MTech VLSI in IIT Gandhinagar, Indore, Patna or Mandi?

You can expect call from all IITS , further it depends on you how u crack the interview and convince them.
Better prefer 1) Bombay 2) Delhi 3) Madras analog VLSI 4) karaghpur
