My general rank of jee mains is 70k how could I guess my obc category rank....

According to your CRL rank, your percentile must have been around 93. Your expected obc category rank will be in the range 19,000-20,000. It is considered an average rank, you will have less chances of getting into any good NIT or IIIT. You may get some lower branch like Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Biotechnology, etc in your home state NIT or north eastern ones.

The category rank depends on various dynamic factors that varies each year like :
- Number of students participated in that category
- Cutoff score
- Difficulty level
But for a general idea, you can understand that
OBC Category Rank = 0.25 * CRL Rank +/- 3000
If your CRL Rank in JEE Mains is 70k, then your obc category rank would be in the range 18,000 - 21,000.
