My GMR is 16k and my SC rank is 1.3k , will I get any government college?

Hi Rinkar,
With the rank at hand, it will be very difficult to get into good government college. Also, if you get into any, the branches available might not be very appealing.
It would be my advice to try for any private college, however if you have any constraints wherein its important for you to join a government college, here are a few that you might get.
- Government College of Engineering and Leather Technology, Kolkata (in B.Tech Leather Tech)
- Government College of Engineering Textile Technology, Serampore (in B.tech Apparel Production Management)
- Ramkrishna Mahato Government Engineering College, Purulia (in B.Tech Mechanical Engg)
