First of all congratulations for your result. The cutoffs change every year as it depends on various factors. Now only few seats are reserved for TFW candidates, almost 5% seats of the sanctioned intake are alloted for TFW candidates. So with around 11000 rank in TFW, there are very slim chances that you may get any college. If we go through last few years' data, you can expect

• Mechanical engineering in Dr. B C Roy Engineering College
• Mechanical, Civil and Electrical engineering in Institute of Science and Technology, Paschim Medinipur
• Electronics and Communications engineering and Electrical Engineering in Budge Budge Institute of Technology

But your General Merit Rank is pretty good comapred to your TFW rank. You can get seat through your general merit rank. You can expect Applied Electronics and Instrumentation in RCC Institute of Information Technology, Techno India College of Technology, St. Thomas College of Engineering and Technology, Future Institute of Engineering and Management etc. This is based on last few years' cutoff and this year it might get changed.
