MY GMR RANK IS 42333 and obc b rank is 4249 can i get college in kolkata in cse branch ?

In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank and not your category rank.

It is difficult to predict which college you will get because cut off  keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

-------------------------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

-------------------------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

-------------------------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

-------------------------) number of students from different categories etc

With your mentioned 42333 gmr rank , considering your category as obc

On the basis of wbjee 2021, round 3, cut off data , in kolkata colleges chances are low for computer science
