My height is 4.9 can I do job in a company will there be any disadvantage

No, your appearance, physical features does not matter when you have skill and knowledge.It is never a disadvantage or hindrance to your career.You can of course do a job when you have required skill and education qualification.However, there are certain fields for which you are not eligible such as in defence.There is a minimum height requirement.Apart from that field you can make a career in any field of your choice.
