According to your height in feet, it comes to 161.544 cms, however, you must know that the height eligibility must correspond to the prescribed weight category. So if you are 16 to 17 years, then your weight must be 48 kgs and the corresponding height must be 162 cms and vice versa, while if your height is 160 cms for the same age group, then your weight needs to be 46.5 kgs. Under NDA Under NDA Physical Requirements, the minimum acceptable height is 162.5cms(5.3314foot) for Air Force. There are a few exceptions set according to the region of the candidate.
· In case of Gorkhas and individuals belonging to hills of North Eastern regions of India, Garhwal and Kumaon, the minimum acceptable height will be 5 cm less than the general norm.
· In the case of candidates from Lakshadweep, the minimum acceptable height can be reduced by 2 cm.
Depending upon the above cases you can decide whether you are eligible or not.
