My home state is ap. Can i get seat in nit with obc rank 38564 in any round. Please tell me exactly.

The chances are very less as your rank is very high to be able to get admission into NITs but if you try for college in your home state you could get one with the home state quota else you'll have to compromise with your choice of subjects because you might not be able to get the core branches in NIT with this rank
