My jam score is 40.33 in biotechnology.. Will I get any college??

There is no data which relates the closing ranks with the score secured. However, assuming that you know your rank, as per previous year trends (2017), to get admission to a course in Biotechnology through JAM under general category, you would have required to get a rank of 59 or below that.

Dear AmitThe earlier answer was only in the context of IITs only. Also, this year one more IIT has been added. Along with this, it is worth noting here that this year NITs, IISER, IIScB will also take admission on the basis of JAM scores. The cutoff for those institutes may, however, fetch you an institute at this score. Wish you all the best!
