According to your rank you must get some nits like nit silchar, nit Agartala, with chemical or ece branches but the chances are low. Your chances of getting an iiit is low. You will get some gftis but I say that you go with nit or iiit. And sit in jossa counseling to know which colleges you can get.
Or you can apply for other state exams or go woth some other good private colleges by giving their test like institute of engineering and management Kolkata or you can apply for kalinga institute of industrial technology.
