My jee advanced rank is better than the jee main. So can I get nits on the basis of jee advanced rank?

To get NIT you need to have a good rank in JEE Mains.JEE advance rank is used for the admission in IIT while JEE mains rank is used for admission in NIT,IIIT and gfti's.You cannot get a Nit college with your JEE Advance rank.
