My jee CRL rank is 189380 and OBC rank is 58847. Can I get a chance in electronic and communication at NIT SURATKAL

With your rank and category it is difficult to get into NIT Surathkal or any national and government aided colleges through JoSAA. I would suggest you to look for other state wise engineering entrance exams and other state level counselling that consider JEE Mains score. Some good colleges I would recommend are:
