My jee main / advance rank is 20.7K/19.8K and NISER rank is around 120. What are the best choices for me?

you will not get any college through jee advanced rank
your jee mains rank is quite decent you will get cse in north east nit and new iiits like iiit una,iiit lucknow
core branches like mechanical,electrical in nit silcher,nit patna
chemical,civil at nit bhopal.nit rourkela,nit hamirpur,nit nagpur,nit surat,nit jaipur(till spot round in some)
If you are interested in science and research then you can go for niser

Here it goes-
Your possiblity of getting any seat in IITs is very low. You may get some core branches in NITs of medium garde. And obviously get any NISER you want.
So, now choices is like- you like pure science and go for research and and ready to study for 10 more years than you can go for NISER. In case you like technology than go for NITs.
