My jee main crl is 190432 and obc category rank is 59727.I have the domicile of bihar. Am I eligible for becece? What clgs can i get?

I regret to inform you that with such a low score under obc cartegory in jee mains 2019 its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like becece .
As becece is one of the reputed engineering colleges so it has high closing cutoff for the candidates to get admission.
So either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any other college with your desired branch.
