My Jee main percentile is 51.73% OBC category can I get admission in Nit for any Engineering course

No, you have a very low percentile. You will not get admission to any branches of any of NIIT's. As you are from Obc category, you must score atleast above 80 percentile to grab a seat in these college. You should go with other good private college for your further study.
