If the official cutoff is 75 percentile. We will have to wait for NTA to release it's actual cutoff online, only then we can be sure.
Based on last years' trends and expected cutoffs, you have a 50-50 chance because the cutoff for OBC is normally around 75 but might rise to 78 this year.

At what time did the nta will release the actual cut off online..could you please justify??

It totally depends on them, but they will be releasing it soon. This is because people need to know whether they should start preparing for Advanced or apply to private institutions. Hence, don't worry. They will release it quick. Good luck.
