My JEE Main percentile is 89.03 ... My WBJEE-2020 rank is 16804 ... I am sad that I am not getting any gov collages , so can anyone suggest the 10 best private colages for CSE or IT with good avg placements ????

Now if the number of students in September Session increases then your rank would also increase. Through your Jee Main score, you can expect North East NITs. And your WBJEE rank is 16804. It is true that the cutoffs not only depend on rank but there are other factors that determine the cutoffs like your category, number of seats available etc. You haven't mentioned your category so considering you as a general category student and going by last few years' data, you can expect Netaji Subhas Engineering college after round 3 counselling, or else St. Thomas Engineering College, Academy Of Technology, Dr. BC Roy Engineering College, you can expect RCC Institute of Information Technology, as last year the closing rank for CSE was around 12000 after round 3.
