As your jee rank is 18099 and your ews rank is 2187 with home state is rajasthan so in nit jaipur, your chances are very less . But your chances are very high in getting cs in north-east nits like silchar , nagaland, agartala, etc. You can also ece in some medium rank nits like patna ,goa, jamshedpur, raipur etc. This is based on previous year's opening and closing ranks and this year also the cutoff is expected to be more or less the same.
