Dont worry about rank, you are qualified for JEE Advance. Cutoff for JEE Mains in SC category is 29 marks and you have scored 31 marks so you can go for JEE Advance.

Hi dear,
Minimum cut off for SC students is 29 this time in JEE main 2018 . Only the top 34425 students of SC category got chance to appear in JEE advanced exam which is going to held on May 30 2018.
Hence you are not eligible for JEE advanced exam. but you can try for good government college in your home state quota only.
