NITs firstly dont offer Bachelor of Science.
They offer Btech and B. Arch courses.
As per your rankings you can have mediocre chances with following :
Chnaces with any top NITs an IIITs is not possible.
You have nearly qualified JEE Advanced and hemce you're eligible to appear JEE advanced for IIT.
