my jee paper 2 (b. arch.) is 12458 .....where can i get a seat?? do there is any cut off or advance test for paper 2??

No there is no paper for JEE Advanced based on JEE Main paper 2 and hence no cut off based on that either. And looking at your ranking in Paper 2, and based on previous year cut off records, you can only hope for a seat if you belong to the home state quota of NIT Raipur or NIT Hamirpur.
