My jee percentile is 82.37 general quota. Can I go for chemical branch in PDPU or any other college.

The JEE Mains closing rank for General category for Chemical Engineering is around 1,00,000. At your percentile, your rank would be around 1,72,500, which means the chances of you getting a seat is pretty low.
You can however opt for admission through your GUJCET (if you wrote and passed the exam).
