as per the details provided by you can take admission in government colleges in your state for engineering. You can do that through counselling where you can select the branch you like to pursue.

With this rank, it is difficult to get admission in any of the nits or iiits,
because you got a chance to appear in the jee advanced , do appear for it with full preparation. After that decide where to take admission.
I will suggest you to appear for spot round also. Because it gives a chance to improve your branch and college also..
