my jee score is bad and i got 97%in 12th in2021 , placement wise which college can get at best ?

First of all congratulations on scoring 97% in 12th. It's huge.
Merit based, direct admission is only taken in Private engineering colleges, without Jee mains.
But, if you are looking for government engineering colleges without Jee, you can appear for entrance exams for such colleges.
But, I suggest you to take a drop, and reexam yourself in JEE.
