My keam rank is 15756 and neet rank is 56863. I have 96.33 percent in my board exam can I get admission to kerala agriculture University

Yes, your rank is good enough to secure admission in agriculture engineering through the KEAM. To get a better idea of what colleges you can secure a seat in, I would suggest applying for the counseling and then waiting to see what cut-offs fall into place for the different agricultural colleges.
