• B. tech course is done on the basis of an entrance examination conducted by Commissionerate of Entrance Examinations (CEE), applications for which are to be submitted by logging on to the official website. Application Fee: General candidates - Rs.800/- SC candidates - Rs.400/- ST candidates - No Application Fee.
• For PG course the candidates are selected on the basis of GATE examination conducted by IITs. Gate 2019 is now over.

ELIGIBILITY  AND LATERAL ENTRY

candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission under Management Quota

The commission fills up 85% of the seats on the basis of merit and the Management fills up 15% from the Rank List of the Engineering Entrance examinations. Another 10% of the students are admitted under Lateral Entry scheme in the 3 rd semester.
