Hello Vishnu,

SASTRA demands a 60% in your 12th standard to get eligible for for the admission,

You can't do many things right now for fixing the uncertainty, but one thing I can suggest you is that you can have letter from your School mentioning that you'll score good in your optionals by the concerned teacher and signed by principal and you can attach as a letter of recommendation with your application, otherwise you should wait for the results.
