my mains rank was 8731,can i get CS or any other branchs.

Dear Aspirant, hope you are doing well. According to previous year's trends and cutoffs, at this rank you can get medium to lower ranked NITS for sure. At this rank you might get other branches at top NITS. You can get following NITS for CSE branch:-Jamshedpur, Jalandhar, Hamirpur, Goa, Raipur, Silchar, Puducherry, Patna, Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh, all the north eastern NITS, Hazratbal.
