i did bsc in zoology honours then should i go for bsc in biotechnology or msc in biotechnology? which one should i prefer? which will be better bsc in biotechnology or msc?

I believe you are referring to Postgraduate Education. Department of Biotechnology, IIT Delhi is by the best technical institute in this domain in all over North India with excellent Faculty, Research Facilities and Infrastructure. Even at Undergraduate Level it is one of the best Institutes for Study of Biological Engineering, Biotechnology and Bioinformatics. As far as Postgraduation is Confirmed, Masters in Biotechnology from AIIMS Delhi can be another good option for a strong career.

Other than this School of Bio Technology JNU, Jamia Milia Islamia Delhi, University School of Biotechnology, under GGSIPU and Delhi Technological University DTU are excellent Universities for study in this domain.
